Going to Topolo

Happy Birthday to someone very special, Mom! When I was told the celebration would be at Rick Bayless' most infamous restaurant, Topolobampo, I nearly jumped for joy. Exceptionally fresh mexican food, lots of warmth and spice, with endless margaritas will hopefully take me away, if only momentarily, to summer months. Review to come.
